There is something powerful about “belief.”  Paul believed in Timothy and breathed life into his ministry.  The Bible encourages us to mentor younger women.  Such a life-giving way to pour out!  Championing another provides us the opportunity to step into an abundance mindset – to generously give away what has been given to us – knowledge, opportunity, wisdom.  This month, we are going to reflect on what it would look like to champion another woman.  It’s remarkable what can happen to us when we live from this generous mindset!

Verses:

Hebrews 10:24-25

24 And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, 25 not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.

1 Peter 4:10

10 As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace:

1 Thessalonians 5:11

11 Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.

Discussion Questions:

  • Have you ever had someone champion you – would you be willing to briefly share your story and how you were impacted by that?
  • What do you feel you need (time, talent, treasure, etc.) to be able to set into the role of championing someone?
  • What would it look like to champion another woman going forward?
