Her passion for using her God-given career as her mission field leads her to live a ‘sent’ life. Before Jesus’ ascension to the Father, He told the disciples they were to be His witness in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and to the ends of the earth. Kathy believes that also means to her co-workers in the next office.
Kathy currently co-leads a small group at her local church with her husband of 41 years and is also active in women’s discipleship. She has 3 grown children and, at the latest count, 6 grandchildren.

In addition to serving in a local ministry, Crystal has an extensive 40-year career in technology, excelling in Enterprise Applications and Business Systems analysis. Throughout the years, she has used her expertise to lead, innovate, and mentor others in the workplace while upholding integrity and faith-based principles. Cheryl Scanlan
Cheryl is a former executive with a multi-million dollar firm and she carries the highest designation in the coach credentialing community – MCC or Master Certified Coach. Less than 5% of coaching professionals carry this distinction.
Since 2005, Cheryl has assisted business owners and professionals to use their talents and skill sets most effectively by developing and implementing finely tuned strategies.
Cheryl has helped hundreds of people overcome hurdles and move out of the stuck places that frustrate and stagnate achievement of goals. Cheryl has overcome tremendous obstacles in her own life and personally understands the power of coaching to continue moving forward. Her unique approach to partner with each client individually provides the framework which allows clients to excel and become more deeply fulfilled.
Cheryl’s passion is to see her fellow brothers and sisters live the redemptive life offered by Jesus Christ When people use energy on things that are not intended by God, they miss out on appropriating God’s best for them. Her dream is to see people invest their time and energy on who God made each of them to be for kingdom work. When that happens, life explodes in living vibrant color and the gospel becomes a compelling force to consider. Professional Christian Women (PCW) is an outgrowth and an expression of that desire and passion in her.
Cheryl has co-authored a coaching book: Coaching the Coach with Georgia Shaffer, published a 52 week devotional entitled Snapshots from the Promised Land developed with her ministry leadership team, and has written several children’s books The Little Mustard Seed Stories.

Holly Watson
Holly Watson is the founder of Journey North Coaching Services, where she partners with women seeking change through a Biblical lens. With more than twenty-five years of ministry to women, she has served as Director of Women’s Ministry, teaching, speaking, and writing. Her greatest desire is to guide women to freedom and the extraordinary life we all dream of by connecting the dots between God’s Word and everyday life.
Deuteronomy 2:3 frames everything about Holly. “You have circled this mountain long enough. Now TURN NORTH!” speaks to the idea that we want something different but keep running in circles looking back at the leeks, cucumbers, and quail of slavery. Holly says it is time to stop running in circles and take the journey north.
Holly actively lives out the ideals she teaches. Once held back by the limiting beliefs ascribed to her by others, Holly passionately fights to help women break the bonds of their limiting thoughts that keep them from experiencing the fulfilling life God has for them. God’s perfect, infallible, inerrant Word and the power given to all followers of Christ through the Holy Spirit is the key.
Holly is the mother of two sons and has been married to her husband, David, for 34 years. Between studying, writing, and encouraging women, she spends her time reading the latest book on neuroscience or leadership, working in her yard, and hanging out with friends over good food.
Holly is a Certified Professional Life Coach, a Commissioned Minister of Pastoral Care, and a Volunteer Chaplain with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association Rapid Response Team.
