We spend many hours in the office. How much more enjoyable would that time be if we had true friends in the workspace? How do we invite and foster the opportunities for deeper relationships with co-workers? What would make this more or less appropriate? Can we share pictures from our phone and tell stories? Text one another? Invite each other to lunch? What might this fostering of a work relationship look like for you? During our time we will brainstorm ways to nurture a strong relationally supportive environment in the workplace settings.
